Job Summary:
The B2B Sales Executive at Garage ILLA is
responsible for identifying and securing business opportunities by selling tires,
batteries, filters, and oils for commercial vehicles. This role involves
developing strong relationships with fleet operators, transportation companies,
and logistics businesses to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop
and implement a sales strategy to promote tires, batteries, filters,
and oils for Commercial trucks.
- Generate
leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales deals.
- Conduct
market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build
and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and fleet managers.
- Understand
client requirements and recommend the right tires, batteries, filters,
and oils to optimize their fleet performance.
- Ensure
high levels of customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support.
Negotiation &
Contract Management:
- Prepare
and present customized sales proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate
pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions to secure profitable
deals.
- Ensure
all agreements comply with company policies and revenue targets.
Collaboration
& Reporting:
- Work
closely with internal teams, including operations, warehouse, and
finance, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain
and update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales progress.
- Provide
regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor
activity.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+
years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in automotive parts,
fleet services, or trucking industry.
- Proven
track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
