This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 4 times per week.
The position and your daily adventures
We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to empower our commercial teams with the knowledge, tools, processes, and content they need to succeed. This person will own the end-to-end enablement strategy for our Sales organization, ensuring new hires ramp quickly, existing team members continuously improve, and our sales teams have access to best-in-class resources and processes.
This is a cross-functional role that combines onboarding, training, content creation, process design, systems optimization, and performance measurement. You'll partner closely with commercial Leadership, RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Operations to continuously improve sales productivity and drive commercial excellence.
What you can expect:
- End-to-End Onboarding Ownership: Own and continuously improve the onboarding experience for all new Sales hires. Design and manage onboarding calendars, training sessions, certifications, and learning paths that accelerate ramp time and speed-to-revenue.
- Sales Content Development: Create, organize, and maintain high-quality sales enablement content, including pitch decks, battlecards, playbooks, objection handling guides, product updates, competitive intelligence, and localized sales materials.
- Tools & Technology Enablement: Become the internal expert on our sales technology stack (HubSpot, Cooby, and other commercial tools). Deliver training, documentation, and best practices that maximize adoption and efficiency across the commercial organization.
- Sales Process Excellence: Design, document, and continuously optimize scalable sales processes, methodologies, and operating playbooks that improve consistency, efficiency, and execution across the sales funnel.
- Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Define and track enablement KPIs, including onboarding effectiveness, training completion, sales productivity, ramp time, and adoption metrics. Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Knowledge Management: Own and maintain our internal Sales Hub, ensuring resources, documentation, and training materials remain organized, accurate, and up to date so teams always have access to the latest information.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, RevOps, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure enablement programs reflect evolving business priorities, product launches, and customer insights.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales Training, Sales, or similar roles.
- Experience working with B2B sales teams, preferably in fintech, SaaS, technology, or high-growth startups.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics into engaging learning experiences.
- Experience creating training materials, presentations, documentation, and sales content.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience defining and measuring KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and modern sales enablement tools.
- Highly collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
