This is a remote position.
Direct Account Ownership: Manage end-to-end client relationships, communication, and campaign delivery; you own the output and follow-through.
Hands-on Execution: Blend strategic thinking with daily execution, applying agency SOPs and workflows consistently.
Process Optimisation: Identify bottlenecks early, leveraging modern technology and AI tools to streamline account management and delivery.
Proactive Problem Solving: Monitor account health and campaign performance continuously to catch potential issues before they impact the client.
Requirements
Experience: Background as a Virtual Assistant, Account Manager, or Project Manager (agency experience managing repeatable daily workflows is strongly preferred).
Tech Savvy: Highly comfortable adopting new systems, software, and AI productivity tools.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all client and team touchpoints.
Marketing Acumen: Solid understanding of modern marketing principles and workflow dependencies.
Work Ethic: Highly self-motivated, organised, and proactive. You take initiative without needing micromanagement.
Bonus: Prior exposure to or experience within the travel and hospitality industry
