The role

You’ll own our B2B product end-to-end: from talking to clients and HR buyers, to shaping the roadmap, to driving delivery with engineering and design. You’ll work closely with our co-founder Roman and the B2B team.

  • Run product discovery with clients, HR buyers, and end users
  • Shape the roadmap and write clear, well-scoped requirements
  • Drive delivery across design and engineering — own outcomes, not just tickets
  • Track product performance, close feedback loops, iterate
  • Keep Sales, CS, and leadership aligned on priorities and trade-offs

Flutter (app), Next.js (frontend), Figma, Linear, Github, Vercel. Notion, Slack, Miro, Google Workspace for the rest.


RequirementsMust-have
  • 3+ years as a Product Manager on a B2B digital product, in a startup or scale-up
  • Strong product discovery: customer interviews, hypothesis testing, problem framing
  • Track record of driving delivery across design and engineering, end-to-end
  • Active use of AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or similar) in your daily work.
  • Strong user empathy combined with business judgment
  • Very good stakeholder management and communication
  • Ability to make trade-offs and keep momentum in ambiguous environments
  • Native level of CZ/SK/PL/HU and Fluent English (B2+)
Nice to have
  • Experience shipping AI-enabled product features
  • Background or interest in mental health, healthcare, or HR-tech
  • Experience selling to / building for enterprise or HR buyers
  • Technical understanding of product architecture, APIs, integrations, or data flows
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and experiment evaluation
