- Lead strategic B2B marketing initiatives that drive growth, including user journeys, brand campaigns, lead generation, and sales enablement.
- Create impactful sales collateral and partner with AEs and AMs to optimize funnels, capture new business opportunities, and build success stories.
- Work within a taskforce structure alongside design, copywriting, and marketing teams to ensure consistent positioning and effective execution.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to shape B2B features, build dedicated customer journeys, and run optimization tests.
- Own go-to-market and communication strategies across in-product messaging, email, and external channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics, providing insightful reports and recommendations to senior management regularly.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B Product Marketing from the SaaS environment.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Proven expertise in user journeys and funnels, with a focus on optimizing and expanding the sales pipeline, including lead generation.
- Hands-on experience building GTM strategies, developing sales collateral, and working with content and design teams.
- Demonstrated ability in creative problem-solving, backed by strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset; comfortable working with large datasets and marketing analysis.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities to deliver under tight deadlines.
- A proactive, curious, and fast-learning team player with initiative, independence, and a positive attitude.
- Fluent English at a very high level is required
