Position Overview:

The B2B Product Manager in Healthcare is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and management of healthcare products tailored for B2B clients. This role involves working closely with sales, product and marketing teams to ensure a deep understanding of the B2C products and ability to craft B2B offerings based on health systems needs. The role will craft offerings that meet market needs, comply with regulatory requirements, and drive business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct market research and meet and interview customers to help inform product creation and definition 
  • Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for B2B healthcare solutions.
  • Define the B2B product roadmap, including ongoing product strategy, product planning, user experience design, and requirements development for new features. 
  •  Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing and sales to deliver high-quality products 
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product development 
  • Monitor product performance and gather insights to drive continuous improvement 
  • GTM strategy creation. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product positioning and messaging 
  • Work with and train sales teams on product features and benefits to ensure effective customer engagements. 

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B product management 
  • Experience in interacting with both sales teams and customers to refine initial asks into actionable and data driven roadmap items.
  • Experience working closely with customers to deeply understand their needs and pain points. 
  • Experience in healthcare education content is a strong nice-to-have and will be a differentiator in candidates. 
  • Knowledge of common product management, project management, wireframing, testing, and analytics tools. 
  • Metrics-driven experience in defining and developing products to meet customer requirements. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail. 
  • Organizational skills including project and task management and proven ability to meet deadlines.
