B2B Podcast Producer (Content Allies)

We’re hiring a Podcast Producer to support and scale our B2B podcast production workflows. This is a client-facing role for the right person - someone who can own episodes end-to-end while working directly with senior marketing leaders at leading B2B organizations.

You’ll work closely with producers, editors, designers, and strategists to consistently ship high-quality podcast episodes and social content — efficiently and at scale.

Depending on level and track, responsibilities may include:

Podcast Production

• Edit audio using Descript (required)

• Clean, structure, and finalize podcast episodes for publication

• Turn long-form podcast episodes into short-form social video clips

• Maintain consistent production quality across episodes

Client Strategy & Relationship Management

• Serve as a client-facing Producer, directly interacting with senior marketing leaders

• Lead client calls, provide strategic guidance, and translate podcast initiatives into clear business outcomes

• Manage client relationships with confidence and professionalism, balancing stakeholder expectations across marketing managers and executive leadership

Social & Content Production

• Create short-form video clips for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social channels

• Write clear, engaging social post copy based on podcast content

• Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce supporting assets

Workflow & AI Enablement

• Leverage AI tools to speed up editing, clipping, writing, and QA

• Follow and improve repeatable production workflows

• Hit fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality
