- Performance management system progress management
- Operating internal and external conferences and preparing reports, performing staff roles
- Analyzing SFDC Lead and selecting integrated offering projects
- Managing progress and identifying issues for all integrated offering projects
- Collaborate with D2C to discover new SMBs and EPPs
Role and Responsibilities
□ Performance Management System Management
- Establishing quantitative management plans and establishing linked goals and progress management
□ Meeting management and report preparation
- Hosting weekly reporting meetings and establishing schedules
- Writing internal and external reporting materials
□Integrated Offering Project Selection Management
- Based on SFDC Lead Data, integrated offering project selection
- P1~P3 Level classification through project selection council
□Integrated Offering Project Progress Management
- Detailed progress management by project
- Check progress status and identify issues by project through collaboration with B2B sales team
□New SMB, EPP Development
- Collaborate with D2C to discover new SMBs and EPPs
Skills and Qualifications
- Possess a Degree preferably in Business, Marketing or the equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant PMO experience
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management skills
- Interpersonal, team spirit & ability to work under high pressure
- Negotiation, presentation & account management skill
- Analytical and high adaptability skills
- Customer centric marketing
- B2B PMO managing Experience
