Your Role
As our B2B Marketer, you’ll spearhead digital lead generation and conversion, optimising our online presence to drive business growth within the Healthtech industry
Your Activities and responsibilities include:
- You will be integrally responsible for digital lead generation and conversion
- You will be part of NLC’s commercial team consisting of marketing and account development professionals
- Build out our digital engagement strategy and campaigns
- Work with our customer focused teams in NLC including Venture Finance, Account Development, and our Venture Clusters, to set and drive the right KPI’s across our sales funnels
- Work with cross-functional teams to create the right content to improve sales funnel conversion
- Ensure effective spend of marketing creation and activation budgets
- You will drive agency selection and engagement
- Manage and drive our digital engagement and IT infrastructure required for performance marketing
Your Activities and responsibilities include:
- You will be the driving force behind NLC’s digital engagement strategy, owning the development and execution of campaigns across all online channels
- You will be the lead generation expert, creating and optimising campaigns to attract and convert high-quality prospects for our Venture Finance, Account Development, Venture Cluster and Talent Acquisition teams. This includes
- Crafting compelling content in collaboration with cross functional teams
- Leveraging marketing automation tools and CRM systems to nurture leads and drive conversion
- You will be responsible for tracking and analysing campaign performance, using data to continuously improve results and report key insights to stakeholders
- You will ensure effective spending of the digital engagement budget effectively, maximising return on investment
- You will optimise NLC’s marketing technology stack, ensuring we have the right tools and systems in place to achieve our goals
- You will drive relationships with external marketing agencies and partners, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to project timelines and budget
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- 3+ years of proven success in B2B or B2C performance marketing, with a focus on digital channels.
- A highly motivated and results-orientated individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for driving growthTeam player with the capacity to collaborate across teams
- Experience working in or with the Healthtech industry preferred
- Is energised by inspiring more junior team members, setting the right priorities and educating them whilst effectively collaborating with senior management and cross functional teams
- Proven ability to manage projects effectively and collaborate seamlessly with external partners.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and a data driven approach to campaign optimisation
- Fluent in English
