Blue Square Manufacturing is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Marketing Specialist to lead our B2B marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a well rounded marketing generalist whose experience has predominantly been at B2B companies within the industrial sector. Persuasive leadership skills and a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies are highly desirable. This role will be rewarding to someone who is driven to innovate and troubleshoot challenges with creativity and minimal guidance.


Competitive candidates will have resumes that demonstrate successful lead attribution & ROI from B2B marketing efforts including but not limited to: traditional marketing (trade shows, etc), paid search, content/SEO, and email marketing.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Strategic Planning: 

Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive business growth in the swimming pool equipment market.

Brand Management: 

Enhance and manage the company's brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning in the market. This includes travel to trade shows.

Content Marketing:

Manage the creation of compelling content, including product brochures, website copy, blog posts, and social media updates, to engage our target audience.

Digital Marketing: 

Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media marketing, to increase online visibility and generate qualified leads.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Product Launches: 

Plan and execute successful product launches, including promotional campaigns, trade shows, and customer events.

Sales Support: 

Collaborate with the sales team to create sales tools, presentations, and collateral that effectively communicate product benefits and features.

Analytics & Reporting:  

Refine process for following up on leads generated at trade shows such that they can be nurtured through the sales funnel, leading to long-term ROI.


Other duties as assigned, including mailing marketing materials, event planning and logistics, and monthly reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent hands on experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems including HubSpot
  • Ability to systematically approach innovation and continuous improvement, contributing to the strategic roadmap.
  • Light graphic design skills, Adobe or Canva preferred
  • Change agent who is able to lead others to and through changes in processes, communication channels, and metrics
