The Opportunity

We’ve just unlocked a brand-new role. As our B2B Marketing Specialist, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end campaign delivery for FinTechs around the world.

You’ll master Delta-v’s market-leading outbound methodology and learn how to design, run, and fine-tune campaigns that actually convert. If you love the mix of creativity, data, and storytelling; this is your stage.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be at the heart of our clients’ growth engine, helping turn strategy into results:

  • Support client onboarding - plan projects, schedule workshops, prepare agendas, and build campaign playbooks
  • Write sharp, persuasive sales copy that turns into qualified meetings
  • Compile buyer persona insights and manage outbound messaging templates
  • Coordinate mini-campaigns and messaging updates to keep momentum strong
  • Track campaign data, identify opportunities, and implement improvements
  • Help power Delta-v’s own inbound marketing - from blogs to socials to webinars

Requirements
  • A degree in English, Linguistics, Journalism, or related field
  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • B2B marketing background, ideally in lead or demand generation
  • Exceptional copywriting skills — you know how to write words that sell
  • Clear, simple communication that makes complex ideas click
  • Obsessed with details, timelines, and structure
  • Naturally curious, always learning about new products, markets, and tech
  • Analytical, problem-solving mindset with critical thinking skills
