Job DescriptionThe Analyst, Visa Direct B2B Marketing in Asia-Pacific will report to the Sr. Manager of Visa Direct Field Marketing for AP and is responsible for helping regional and country marketing teams to create, localize, execute and measure integrated marketing programs for Visa Direct.
This highly motivated and analytical individual will reside in Singapore and focus on the delivering programs engaging our fintech audiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving demand and lead generation, market intelligence analysis, and overseeing campaign and event management as well as reporting. This role requires extensive engagement with customers and partners in the fintech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand and Lead Generation:
Design, support, and execute lead generation campaign strategies.
Organize and manage events, webinars, and industry events.
Monitor and optimize lead generation campaigns to ensure effective ROI
Market Intelligence Analysis:
Identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape for content development.
Analyse campaign and event data for actionable business insights.
Prepare and present reports, incorporating findings from industry events and campaigns.
Content Development:
Create compelling and relevant content to engage target fintech segments across marketing channels.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all content.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce high-quality content pieces and talking points for speaking opportunities.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer growth).
Coordinate with stakeholders for alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among departments.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
QualificationsQualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in executing successful marketing campaigns and events.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
