B2B Lifecycle Marketing Advisor
The B2B Lifecycle Marketing Advisor supports the execution of various marketing campaigns throughout the B2B lifecycle, from acquisition through retention and cross-sell. This role will be responsible for executing direct marketing campaigns for Evernorth commercial employer and health plan prospects and clients, while demonstrating Omnichannel marketing expertise, including inbound/outbound orchestration across paid/owned/earned channels, with an audience-centric focus on digital-first. This individual will effectively collaborate with key partners across Marketing and Sales Strategy/Enablement through the planning, activation, measurement, and reporting of campaigns.
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
· Define the execution plan for assigned B2B lifecycle campaigns across Evernorth prospect and client audiences, working with internal marketing stakeholders and vendor partners, where appropriate
· Coordinate with key resources as they fulfill on the direct marketing campaign and the respective tactics
· Document the responsibilities of various functions during campaign planning and execution
· Serve as a trusted resource to Evernorth business marketers and matrix partners across Marketing COEs. Solicit feedback for improvement and share programmatic results.
· Work with marketing analytics to measure campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend pivots based on results
· Optimize campaign budget by delivering on or under-budget and communicate status to key stakeholders
· Provide recommendations for improving campaigns.
· Partner to determine demand generation program metrics and how to measure against objectives to gauge success
· Communicate with and educate stakeholders about demand generation programs
· Advocate for testing and optimization, championing data-driven risk taking by demand generation marketers

Ideal candidates will offer:
· Bachelor’s degree , ideally in marketing or business, or equivalent and relevant work experience
· 5-7+ years of experience in B2B Marketing program planning, management and execution.
· 4+ years of experience working on digital marketing and direct marketing teams and supporting programs to drive revenue
· Digital Marketing Tools & Automation (Adobe Suite; Demandbase)

· Ability to work from a Cigna Group office 3 days a week, as directed by the business
