We are looking for individuals who can achieve the exceptional by working collaboratively, who have the courage to try new approaches, and who possess the ability to see the world from the perspective of their customers to take responsibility for Professional Print (Cutsheet and Digital Presses) and Large Format Printing Solutions (LFG R2R, LFG Flatbed, TDS, LFP Products Portfolio) within our B2B Sales Department.
Responsibilities• Develop, implement, and monitor strategic and tactical business plans, coordinating all relevant resources to achieve business objectives for assigned accounts.
• Achieve the sell-in and sell-out sales budget for allocated accounts and perform necessary follow-up actions to reach targets.
• Analyze the current customer portfolio to enhance business performance, ensure continuity of customer relationships, and identify new value-adding opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze account data to optimize ongoing business performance and create additional growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits and manage customer relationships and sales processes effectively.
• Perform inventory analysis and take necessary actions to maintain healthy sell-out levels.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international sales environment
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet tools)
• Willingness and flexibility to travel when required
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Results-oriented with a proactive approach
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
