You will be part of a team responsible for further developing the channel business support of the B2B business goals across commercial channels. You will help build sell-in / sell-out programs, partner strategy including business development, program analysis, internal reporting, and responsible for partner fund tracking for your markets.

 

Logitech is seeking a self-starting, energetic Channel Account Manager with a positive attitude and sense of urgency and ownership to drive our business in Korea. In this role, you will own revenue growth with our managed partners and expand the Logitech channel footprint across Korea. This means developing & driving a robust pipeline of opportunities and increasing “stickiness” with existing partners whilst expanding our partner network in the region too.

The Role

●       Build and implement a channel development and revenue plan that is consistent with the overall revenue and growth targets for the territory.

●       Ensure alignment of the channel strategy with the sales teams; understand their coverage models and strategies; know their focus in areas of target accounts, verticals, geography, and market coverage.

●       Collaborate with alliances such as Microsoft, Zoom, Google, and others

●       Ensure your management and executive-level visibility and commitment for the various Logitech relationships.

●       Ensure that your partner will deliver against the agreed revenue and non-revenue related objectives.

●       Spearhead the joint Logitech and channel value proposition with Partner Peering—coordinating resources, including Sales Leadership, Field Sales, Field SE, Channel SE, Channel Marketing and Services as needed.

●       Assist in coordinating training on new products, solution sets, Logitech corporate direction, business processes, etc., leading to enhanced self-sufficiency, winning mindshare, and cycles from competitive vendors.

●       Drive joint opportunity development activities with channel partners through account mapping, marketing activities, coordinating marketing budget, and Logitech channel marketing programs.

●       Actively participate in sales meetings and workgroups as required.

●       Manage deal registration, forecast, and pipeline with channel partners, and coordinate partner engagement and sales activities with regional sales managers.

●       Create a sense of “engagement and connection” with executive, regional sales, and engineer touchpoints.

●       Prepare a strategic blueprint and own a joint business plan for each focus partner and conduct and lead quarterly reviews.

●       Be comfortable managing existing partnerships, as well as recruiting and onboarding new partners.

●       Address and support administrative issues on an as-needed basis.

●       Know the channel partner's strategy and be viewed and treated as a trusted and highly valued resource for them.
 

Key Qualifications:

  • Hungry and Humble

  • 5 ~10 years’ experience in channel sales management and development.

  • Good understanding of channel business, program, and alliance sales.

  • A strong will to listen to the voices of partners and the market in the field and always find solutions.

  • Strong ownership who acts proactively rather than on a request basis.

  • Background in the Video Collaboration market will be an advantage.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.

  • Solid presentation and communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with customers and staff at all levels.

  • English Literacy (Spoken / Written) Level – Advanced or higher is a plus.

  • Education: Bachelor or above
