Responsibilities:

Reconcile internal reports against partner reports (e.g., MC, VISA, AMEX).

Validate reports to ensure quality output.

Identify and resolve discrepancies or exceptions in transaction records.

Endorse valid adjustments to merchants/partners and/or internal teams upon approval.

Provide timely updates and remarks on customer concerns within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Execute month-end summaries for reporting purposes.
-
Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as required by the business.
