About the role:

As a full-time B2B Account Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients while meeting their business needs and driving sales growth. You will be expected to leverage your network and utilize your expertise to achieve impressive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts while expanding the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Develop and deliver customized solutions that address client needs.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and provide insights and recommendations for enhancement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure account success and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on account status, sales activity, and forecasts.
  • Address client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and tools.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
