Education Analyst

Create Content:

  • Produce high-quality learning resources for Instructor Led Training (ILT) and eLearning, including PowerPoints, quizzes, activities, and job aids.

  • Recognize, edit, and resolve discrepancies from quality standards and style guides in content with minimum guidance.

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to obtain information and resources.

Author Content:

  • Complete basic tasks in content authoring tools such as voice overs and graphic edits.

Lead Learning Programs:

  • Experience owning the end-to-end process for ILT programs that result in achieving 90%+ NPS scores.

  • Lead multiple learning programs for various audiences, adapting to changing business needs.

  • Continuously improve and update SOPs for learning programs in response to product or process changes.

Lead Learning Technologies:

  • Leverage the Learning Management System (LMS) to fulfill requests and maximize usage.

  • Own basic functions in the LMS such as creating courses, assigning courses, tracking completions, and grading assignments for ILT sessions.

  • Identify skill gaps and new ways to utilize out of the box training to sustain and increase continuous learning by 10%.

Analyze Data:

  • Proactively analyze reports to identify training needs and gather insights for program improvement.

  • Track KPIs over time, summarize insights from data, and make actionable recommendations for program enhancements.

Support Business Partnerships:

  • Proactively informs partners of success indicators and areas for improvement, while regularly communicating with managers to drive feedback on training programs and seeking input for continuous program enhancements.

  • Ensures timely support by meeting 98% of onsite and virtual training requests within requested timeframes and responding to 95% of emailed or ticket-based inquiries from Alegeus partners or staff within 2 business days

  • Abilities: Able to have a growth mindset and tackle new opportunities to learn. Able to be innovative and take initiative in trying new approaches to achieve better outcomes. Able to connect organically with a network of stakeholders. Able to exhibit current knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design

  • Experience: 2+ years’ experience in L&D or related field. Certification (CPTD) is a plus.  Experience working with learning management systems, content authoring tools, knowledge management tools, and MS Office. Experience planning, designing, developing, and delivering in-person and online technical training. Experience in health insurance or consumer directed products such as HRAs, HSAs, FSAs, etc. whether at an agency, TPA, health plan or financial institution is a plus.     

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Instructional Design, or knowledge otherwise gained by equivalent experience required.

  • Location: India

Skills Required

  • 2+ years experience in Learning & Development or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Instructional Design, or equivalent experience
