This role supports the implementation of automated, collaborative development environments through Azure DevOps to ensure streamlined CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and continuous project delivery. The candidate will work closely with development teams to align project needs with best practices in DevOps and Azure services.
Required Skills:
5 years of experience implementing and supporting Azure DevOps.
4 years of experience in Azure DevOps Services administration.
3 years of experience in Azure roles administration.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Ability to work independently and meet deliverables without supervision.
Availability during standard Eastern Time business hours (8am – 5pm EST).
Reside within the Continental United States.
Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines for new applications in automated systems.
Experience installing and configuring monitoring systems.
Familiarity with VMWare, vSphere, or similar technologies.
In-depth understanding of Azure services and infrastructure.
Proficiency in YAML-based pipeline configuration.
Familiarity with ARM Templates for infrastructure as code (IaC).
Knowledge of network configuration and troubleshooting (Windows or Linux environments).
Experience using visual modeling tools and techniques.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
Collaborate with development teams, business stakeholders, and support staff to understand process and documentation requirements.
Design, develop, and implement automated CI/CD pipelines to support application delivery.
Automate deployment, scaling, and monitoring of applications and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and automation issues.
Apply best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Perform administration tasks related to Azure DevOps.
Provide documentation and conduct knowledge transfers on implemented solutions.
Support the application and development teams to ensure Azure DevOps functionality meets team needs.
Assist in creating and maintaining knowledge articles on Azure DevOps usage.
Update technical and process documentation as needed.
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and project information.
Visually model business and technical requirements.
Coordinate with stakeholders to refine project scope and ensure alignment.
Perform project management tasks during planning and requirement-gathering phases.
Maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, sponsors, and vendors.
Deliver projects in accordance with organizational and PMO standards.
Report to and follow guidance from the Enterprise Development Supervisor.
