Job Description

Preferred Skills:

• · Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• · Collaborate on building, maintaining, and enhancing CI/CD frameworks, scaling them to enterprise levels while ensuring robustness and compliance with NFR tests including Backup & Restore, and Disaster Recovery (DR) Tests.
• · Provide expert support for seamless deployment of application releases across test and production environments, both on-site servers and cloud infrastructure, with a focus on Azure environments utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, including ARM templates and Bicep.
• · Engage closely with Software Development teams, QA Engineers, and System Architects to optimize build and deployment processes across all development phases.
• · Take the initiative in writing, updating, and managing Azure DevOps Pipelines and manage Infrastructure as Code for Azure environments to support development activities efficiently.
• · Be instrumental in updating Azure Application Insights Dashboards and implementing Google Analytics to enhance business insights into application usage.
• · Play a crucial role in monitoring our Production Environment in Azure to ensure high availability and performance.
• · Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, with an emphasis on software development and .NET solutions.
• · Possesses in-depth knowledge of Azure services and security features and are adept in managing Azure environments.· Demonstrates proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Azure DevOps YAML, and are skilled in using git for version control.
• · Has passion for innovation, creative problem-solving, and intellectual curiosity.
• · Exhibits excellent consulting skills, including the ability to influence, with strong verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in English), self-motivation, leadership, and facilitation skills.
• · Committed to continuous learning, staying up to date with new technologies, and can assess their relevance to clients.
• · Familiar with Agile methodologies and can adapt to rapidly changing environments.

Other Skills:

• · Good to have relevant Certifications like ‘Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert’·
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and practices to ensure the observability of our production environments.
• · Experience in supporting development activities, including the integration of analytical tools to track user interactions and improve user experience.
• · Proven ability to manage non-functional requirements testing to ensure system reliability and disaster recovery capabilities.
• · Strong analytical skills to contribute to the improvement of the application's performance and the overall user experience.
