We’re looking for someone like you to help support national security. 

You’ll closely collaborate with fellow cloud architects and engineers specializing in cloud IT to define and develop cloud solution components. With access to our Azure environment, you’ll have the space and time to explore different ways of solving our clients’ problems, and you’ll work with your team and stakeholders to deliver the right technical solutions. Whether helping to modernize legacy computing platforms and applications or creating new ones from scratch, you’ll have the latest tech and brightest teammates at your fingertips.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience developing and deploying scalable, modern cloud-based architectures within an Azure or CSP environment
• 2+ years of experience with networking for hybrid cloud environments within classified environments
• 1+ years of experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, including Terraform, cloud formation, or Configuration-as-Code, including AWS SSM, Ansible, PowerShell, or Bash
• Experience working with DoD STIGs or CIS Benchmarks such as hardening virtual servers and adhering to security controls
• Top Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT Level II or Level III Certification within 30 days of hire date

Nice If You Have:

• Experience promoting solutions into higher classification environments such as STIGs, container patching, or similar
• Experience with the DoD, including within cloud architecture or management, security, or networking
• Experience working with or developing Special Access Programs (SAP) mission workloads
• Experience in container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or other K8S distros
• Experience with cloud-native account management services
• Experience managing and configuring Ubuntu, RHEL, and Windows Server operating systems
• Experience troubleshooting networking issues within Azure cloud
• Bachelor's degree 
• Azure Administrator Associate Certification
• Azure Security Engineer Associate Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
