Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineer to join our technology team to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using modern Microsoft technologies. In this role, you will leverage expertise in .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, SQL Server, Entity Framework, Azure Cloud services, and DevOps practices. You will collaborate across business and technology teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications while driving engineering excellence through automation and modern, AI-assisted development practices.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, REST APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework
  • Develop, deploy, and manage Azure cloud-based applications and services
  • Design and implement scalable microservices architectures and modern web-based user interfaces
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps best practices
  • Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle
  • Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects, performance bottlenecks, and production issues

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in software development using C# and .NET Core
  • 3+ years of experience building and consuming RESTful Web APIs
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL Server database development, optimization, and performance tuning
  • 1+ Year hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Key Vault, Azure Service Bus/Event Grid, or Azure SQL Database)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud-native application development and CI/CD automation pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps)
  • Experience with Entity Framework (Code First / Database First) and microservices-based application design
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing modern AI-assisted development tools and techniques to accelerate code generation, refactoring, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and clean coding principles
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Exposure to application monitoring, observability (e.g., Azure Monitor, Application Insights), and performance optimization
  • Experience with secure application development and DevSecOps practices
  • Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
