Lachezar Lazarov is looking for a new team member.
Your daily routine would include:
Leading customer workshops and technical discovery sessions in German to understand business needs, security requirements, and existing Azure/on-prem environments.
Designing end-to-end Microsoft Sentinel solutions, including data connectors, Log Analytics workspaces, analytics rules, playbooks, and role models.
Developing and maintaining Azure Logic Apps for security automation and integration with third-party systems (e.g., ITSM, ticketing, notifications).
Designing and implementing security controls such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), RBAC, PIM, managed identities, and Conditional Access policies.
Advising customers on Azure licensing and cost optimization (Sentinel, Defender, Log Analytics, and data strategies).
Defining monitoring and logging strategies, including workspace design, diagnostics, alerting, and performance optimization.
Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub) for automated deployments, version control, and quality assurance across multiple environments.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation, runbooks, and architecture diagrams.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
5+ years of hands‑on Azure architecture experience, ideally with a focus on security and monitoring.
3+ years working with Microsoft Sentinel or Azure Data Lake.
Strong, demonstrable development background (automation, scripting, integration).
Experience in customer-facing roles: workshops, consulting, and solution design.
Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
Strong language skills: fluent German (C1/C2) for leading workshops, presenting architectures, and working with clients, plus solid English (B2+) for collaboration in international teams and technical communication.
