What You’ll Do- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of AXIOM regulatory reporting solutions
- Analyze and optimize data flows, transformations, and reporting processes
- Perform data mapping, reconciliation, and quality validation activities
- Support regulatory report generation and exception management processes
- Participate in business process modeling and documentation efforts
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and technology teams
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and reporting standards
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and data quality
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP) are considered an asset
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools
- Deep knowledge of the business lifecycle for Capital Markets products
- Deep knowledge of Brazilian regulatory reports, including DLO, DLI, CADOCs (4010, 4060, 4510 and others), SCR3040, DRL, and DRM.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and reporting standards, including Basel III/IV, BCBS 239, COREP & FINREP, LCR & NSFR, CCAR, Dodd-Frank, EMIR, MiFID II, and ESG Reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ControllerView, data models and metadata management, rules development, data mapping and transformation, workflow configuration, data lineage, data quality controls, reconciliation processes, regulatory report generation, and exception management.
- Strong understanding of data management concepts, including SQL fundamentals, database design, ETL processes, data quality management, and data reconciliation.
- Previous experience with AXIOMSL solutions
- Previous experience supporting Capital Markets platforms and regulatory initiatives
- CBAP or similar Business Analysis certifications
- Experience within highly regulated banking environments
- Knowledge of enterprise data governance practices
Advanced English Proficiency
Intermediate Spanish is considered a plus
