Pre-Sales Application Support:
- Utilize system performance on customer provided sample. Create application report to demonstrate systems capability and strength for commercial team to win business.
- Participate on pre-sales discussions with Customers as a technical expert.
- Support Sales to define system configuration and finalize customer technical spec review.
- Attend Trade Show/Conference or other industry event to demonstrate equipment and/or present technical information on behalf of the company.
Customer satisfaction and Training:
- Provide high level applications support to set up and program new system at customer site.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues and concerns with AXI equipment
- Advising Customers the best solution for their sample and new requirements
- Provide AXI application training to customer/distributor/junior colleagues.
- Training document preparation.
- Brief Manual or WI preparation for customer or other team member use.
Business Strategy and Product Development Support:
- Taking active role with testing software releases, new features and bug fixes.
- Justify customer or market requirements, and convert them to practical Engineering Special Request (ESR) criteria or Engineering Change Request (ECR) Criteria.
- Contribute to Engineering road map based on VOC and technical experience
- Gather intelligence on markets, competitors and customers and provide analysis and advice to management.

Education and Experience Requirements
- College or Bachelor Degree with Automation Control / Mechanical Automation or related major.
- 3+ years experience in similar customer technical support role for capital equipment in Electronics, SMT and Semiconductor Manufacturing Industry.
- Preferred to have working experience in AXI, AOI or SPI , such as Viscom, Omron, Vitrox, Koh Young, ASM, SAKI, MVP.
- Working experience in MNC is preferred.
