Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and highly motivated technologists with profound technical depth and exceptional interpersonal skills to join our team. In this critical AWS Solution Architect role, you will be instrumental in leading technical workshops and advising customers on pivotal architectural and strategic IT decisions. You will design highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that directly address our customers' unique business challenges.

As a trusted customer advocate, you will guide organizations in understanding and implementing best practices for advanced cloud-based solutions. A key focus of this position is connecting cutting-edge technology with measurable business value. The ideal candidate is passionate about cultivating deep expertise in AWS technologies and possesses broad knowledge of how applications and services are constructed using the AWS platform.

You will need strong customer-facing skills to effectively represent our company within a customer's environment, confidently leading discussions with senior personnel. Your technical background will enable you to easily interact with and guide software developers and architects. We are looking for an individual skilled in architecting robust, secure, and compliant cloud solutions that support mission-critical needs.

Summary Responsibilities

• Lead technical workshops and provide expert architectural and strategic IT advice to customers.
• Ensure the successful building and migration of applications, software, and services onto the AWS platform.
• Develop and present detailed solution documentation, such as High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents, architecture diagrams, Statements of Work (SOWs), and compelling solution presentations, to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Educate customers on best practices to ensure their cloud solutions are optimally designed for successful deployment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and customer success.
• Capture and share valuable knowledge with our wider network of technical experts and the community.
• Act as a crucial technical liaison between customers and our internal DevOps, FinOps, and account management teams.

• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, with at least two years specifically focused on AWS.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex AWS solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading or developing high-quality, enterprise-scale distributed applications using modern software development practices and technologies (highly desired).
• Significant experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, networking, and security.
• A history of successful technical consulting and architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises.
• Documented experience designing and implementing secure cloud solutions for government, defense, or other security-sensitive organizations.
• Exceptional presentation skills, with high comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
• Experience working within the software development or Internet industries is highly desired.
• B.Sc in Computer Science is highly desired.
• AWS Certification - an advantage.
• Fluency in both Hebrew and English is essential.
