- End-to-end technical delivery of software that constitutes the cutting edge, cloud-based enterprise background screening software and its support systems
- Design, programming, and deployment work in a team environment as well as some minor technical support responsibilities as part of the post-deployment and operations phase
- Participating in product development sessions with business analysts and other stakeholders as part of the requirements and design phases
- Participating in the deployment phase with QA and other stakeholders to successfully release functionality into the production environment
- Meeting quality and dateline metrics for the delivery of software; working on more than a single development project at any given time may be expected
- Improvement and maintenance of existing applications
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- 5 or more years of C# .NET application development experience.
- 5 or more years of experience with relational databases, particularly SQL Server.
- Experience developing web applications with ASP.NET / MVC / WebAPI
- Strong HTML / CSS / Javascript
- Experience in AWS
- Basic knowledge of WCF, REST, SOAP, HTTP standards required; Knowledge of JSON/XML data formats.
- Delivered products and solutions through full SDLC process.
- Excellent communication skills- ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and written.
- Self-driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to multi-task, engage and coordinate with several groups.
- Analytical, problem solver, logical thinker with attention to detail.
- Inspirational and enjoy working with other developers on improving code quality.
- Documentation tools such as Visio, Confluence, Wiki is an advantage
- Testing frameworks / automation experience is an advantage
- Source control management experience with git is an advantage
- AWS Certification; or commitment to obtain one within 6 months from start of employment is an advantage
- At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
