AWS Senior Platform Engineer

Your Talent

• You have a technical-related degree and/or equivalent professional qualification
• You are communicative and have an open-minded personality
• You are fluent in English (both written and oral)

Required Skills

• At least 5 years of experience with cloud, as well as configuring and using CI/CD tools
• Working experience with AWS:
  • Serverless (CloudFront, DynamoDB, lambda, Api gateway)
  • EC2, ASG, S3, ECS, IAM (least privilege principle)
• Understanding of AWS Well architected framework
• Deep understanding of Terraform modules
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices
• Working experience with Gitlab or Github
• Ability to apply architectural and design patterns with focus on quality, readability and maintainability
• Experience with observability and monitoring systems/tools (eg. Grafana)
• Working in an agile team, with a good understanding of the concepts, practical experience

Advantages

• Working experience with Javascript/TypeScript and Terraform
• Working experience with scripting – e.g Python or Bash
• Working experience with relational databases (experience with NoSQL is a plus)
• Working experience with Cloud SAS or Azure
• Solid understanding of containerization – e.g Docker
• Relevant AWS certifications (CloudOps or Sysops engineer, Solutions architect, Security specialist)
