Job Summary:
Aritech is looking for a full-time Systems Cloud & Integration Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on providing technical support, integrating third-party systems, delivering tailored solutions to customers, troubleshoots various cloud-based services, including databases & learning management system to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security. They are responsible for monitoring system health and resolving complex technical issues. This role implies close interaction with development and operations teams to align cloud strategies, training programs, processes and content development with business objectives particularly in the integration of security systems and APIs, optimizing resource utilization, and implementing industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide training and technical support to customers regarding system functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and address issues with cloud infrastructure
- Install and maintain software, operating systems, and hardware components.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud systems, including architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Assist customers with tasks such as user profile creation, updates, and backups.
- Assist with the deployment and setup of cloud resources
- Manage and distribute technical documents to customers when required.
- Analyze cloud system performance metrics and logs to identify trends, forecast needs, and recommend improvements or upgrades
- Ensure the seamless integration of third-party systems and APIs (e.g., security systems like cameras, intrusion sensors).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external integrators to ensure successful implementation of security solutions.
- Develop and implement customized solutions based on customer-specific needs and requirements.
- Analyze customer and user requirements to design effective software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable software using languages such as C++, Java, and/or Python.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to APIs, providing level 1 and 2 support.
- Test software and cloud applications and make necessary adjustments to ensure reliability.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs and performance issues.
- Write technical documentation and collaborate with Technical Writers.
- Recommend new technologies and improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Follow up regularly and ensure the quality of integrations performed.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 4 years of proven experience as a Cloud Support Engineer or in a similar position
- Strong understanding of cloud systems, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, and experience with web technologies like JSON, XML.
- Experience in integrating third-party systems and API architecture.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for software development and debugging.
- Experience in developing and supporting REST APIs.
- Experience with security technologies such as surveillance cameras, intrusion sensors, etc., is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work within a diverse engineering environment.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with physical security systems (e.g., cameras, sensors, intrusion systems).
- Experience with cybersecurity, particularly in data protection and system security.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Cloud certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, or similar credentials
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Additional programming languages like Ruby or Go.
- Experience in industries such as IoT, industrial automation, or consumer electronics.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and certifications applicable to sensors and devices.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role or a technical environment related to system integration.
