Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable and efficient cloud infrastructure using AWS services like Lambda, CloudWatch, S3, and others.
- Analyze and manage cloud expenses to ensure cost-effective solutions using knowledge of financial operations and cloud cost management.
- Ensure compliance with industry security standards across all deployed cloud services.
- Provide expert advice and best practices for cloud deployment and management to team members and stakeholders.
- Lead the onboarding of junior cloud specialists, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Manage projects involving cloud migrations, from planning through to execution, ensuring smooth transitions from on -premises infrastructure to AWS.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Knowledge of server virtualization with VMware as well as Windows/Linux distributions.
- In-depth experience with the common cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, SAP, etc.).
- Experience with the following services: AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, AWS, IoT, API Gateway, CloudFormation, EventBridge, Glue, among others.
- Understanding of price drivers and cloud cost management (Financial Operations).
- Proficient in: Python, Terraform.
- Advanced knowledge of information security operations in cloud architectures.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to Have:
- Familiar with Agile methodologies.
- Familiar with ITIL Experience in using common tools like JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, etc. for Agile projects, and service operations.
- Experience in migrating from On-Premises to AWS.
- Diverse and technically challenging projects;
