Role: AWS Amazon Connect Developer

We are looking for a Senior AWS Amazon Connect Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise contact-center solutions.
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of AWS Cloud experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Connect experience
- Strong experience with IVR, ACD, call routing, skill-based routing, messaging, and live chat
- 3+ years of development experience with Node.js, Python, or Java
- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, Kinesis, DynamoDB, EventBridge, SNS, Glue, and VPC
- Experience with ServiceNow and enterprise application environments
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred: Federal Government experience and experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.
