As an AWM Operations Management Consultant you will help clients optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Operations Consulting practice. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach junior staff, manage project workstreams, and use judgment to navigate complex client needs while maintaining quality, timelines, and deliverables. In this role at PwC, you will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance that helps streamline processes, improve productivity, and support business performance for clients in Asset and Wealth Management.
Responsibilities
- Leading operations consulting workstreams for asset and wealth management client engagements
- Managing project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery across multiple operational initiatives
- Analyzing operating models, process flows, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Developing operational strategies that improve productivity, service delivery, and business performance
- Coaching and developing team members through review, feedback, and on-the-job guidance
- Coordinating change management activities, implementation planning, and issue resolution for client initiatives
- Applying business data analytics, operating effectiveness review, and operational performance management to guide recommendations
- Building client relationships and addressing complex questions from business and technology stakeholders
- Using digital tooling and AI-enabled methods to streamline analysis and enhance delivery
- Validating work quality, timelines, and deliverables while upholding professional and technical standards
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
