Job summary:
The Product Manager on the 55ip Global Product team will work with cross-functional teams of developers/engineers, quantitative researchers, and product designers to analyze requirements, investigate stakeholder needs, propose solutions and build products. You will focus on understanding key competitive/market forces, internal and external client requirements, examining needs in alignment with the broader firmwide product strategy and vision, and executing on the roadmap to deliver cutting-edge products in the marketplace.
Job responsibilities:
- Set product strategy and metrics for your products in alignment with strategic priorities of the broader organization; proactively align and communicate to ensure company goals are achieved
- Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers
- Ensure cross functional collaboration with key stakeholders and internal partners on product design, requirements, and delivery
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
- Apply and analyze metrics to drive strategy, judge success, and report to product leadership
- Understand 55ip’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry
- Share your expertise internally and externally in the form of presentations and content development
Required qualifications, skills & capabilities:
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management
- 5+ years’ experience working on consumer-facing or client-facing products, heavy on complex UX/UI needs
- 5+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research teams
- Experience building Fintech and Wealth products or platforms
- Skill configuring, analyzing, and reporting on metrics from Google Analytics
- Subject matter expertise in Custodial integration and financial advisory platforms
- Experience in an Agile framework SDLC
- BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Technology, or related field
