Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated AWD Administrator to join our team and manage our business process management system. AWD (now part of the Chorus BPM suite) is a powerful software application that helps streamline and manage business processes more efficiently. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the AWD system, ensuring its smooth operation, and supporting our teams in maximizing its capabilities to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain routine and ad-hoc reports that support informed decision-making for the MBPS.
- Collaborate with MBPS members to design and enhance custom reporting tools.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for managing the Chorus BPM application, assisting users with access and permissions.
- Conduct regular system checks to ensure seamless operation and promptly alert the team to any issues.
- Act as a backup resource, working with various MBPS teams to understand their requirements and design efficient workflows within the Chorus BPM system.
Qualifications
- Proficient in numerical analysis and skilled at interpreting data to derive meaningful insights.
- Experienced in using software tools for creating and managing reports.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Enthusiastic about continuous learning and staying current with new trends and best practices in process management.
