The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a segment marketing specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Responsible for managing and implementing strategies for the advanced wound care (AWC) portfolio in the southern cluster
Facilitate the review of the country's IBP portfolio.
Execute global NPI and commercialization processes in the country.
Price management.
Implement portfolio strategies in Chile.
Determine the local action plan to leverage Solventum's penetration among customers.
Support local sales managers, the channel, representatives, and clinical specialists.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
More than five years of experience in medical device marketing, with a proven track record of business results.
Bilingual (English-Spanish).
Strategic pricing knowledge.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience in marketing, and product management/or development working in a health care or medical device environment
Demonstrated success working and building relationships with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
Strong communication, analytical, and marketing skills.
Strategic pricing knowledge.
Ability to translate a global portfolio strategy into tactics tailored to the area, including prioritizing regions and/or segments.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, decision-oriented environment, influencing others.
Highly motivated, proactive and eager to learn and develop a career within the medical device industry
Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel)
Travel: May include up to 30% domestic/international
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
