The Role
Provide sales support to outside representatives by creating and managing quotes, processing orders, coordinating deliveries and special-order tracking, scheduling follow-ups, and communicating with customers and vendors. Work cross-functionally with sales and manufacturing to ensure timely deliveries and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 5 years’ experience instead of bachelor’s degree accepted.
- 3-5 Years of experience in the industry
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
- 2-3 years of experience in BisTrack or related systems
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
- Able to get work done independently and as a member of a team
- Detail oriented
- Ability to follow projects through to the end, regardless of timeline.
- Takes pride in completed works
Skills Required
- High school diploma
