Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver strategic Global Markets initiatives aligned with enterprise objectives.

  • Own end‑to‑end business analysis across initiatives, including requirements definition, solution design, and delivery support.

  • Drive business–IT roadmap planning, tracking progress against strategic priorities and milestones.

  • Conduct deep‑dive analysis to define solution scope, perform high‑level cost/benefit assessments, and support investment decisions.

  • Evaluate and re‑engineer business processes; identify opportunities for automation, digitalisation, and platform modernisation.

  • Identify and assess new business opportunities leveraging technology, digital platforms, and ecosystem partnerships to enhance competitiveness.

  • Act as a trusted liaison between business and technology, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and deliver intended outcomes.

  • Stay informed about the emerging trends in Global markets space, new and evolving technologies, sustainability initiatives to contribute to the success and relevance of the solutions in the rapidly changing business landscape.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong understanding of Global Markets / Treasury products, including FX, FX Derivatives, Fixed Income, Equity and Derivatives and their end‑to‑end trade lifecycle.

  • Hands‑on experience to support Treasury Products development front-to back and end-to-end testing.

  • Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, elicit and document requirements, and produce high‑quality functional specifications.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Self‑driven team player with strong ownership mindset and ability to deliver independently.

  • Working knowledge of delivery and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

  • Hands on Murex experience will be an added advantage.

This role is 100% work in office, based at Punggol/ Raffles place

Skills Required
