How you succeed
  • An interest in business analytics; using data, statistical methods and analytical skill to gain insights and achieve our business objectives.

  • Understanding of budgeting and forecasting to manage resources efficiently and interest in operational risk management.

  • A need to work with different stakeholders and agile with change.

What you do
  • Financial Management – assist to ensure that the department’s financial KPI is met through budget planning, expenses monitoring and financial forecasting.

  • Operational Risk Management – planning and management of the department’s operational risk. This will include Business Continuity Planning, operation risk event reporting, monitoring etc.

  • Resource Development & Management – Assist in the planning of staff development and building of staff engagement, such as training, cross functional collaboration initiatives.

  • Day-to-Day Operations – ensure smooth operations of the department, e.g. system access issuance, workstations/space planning, etc.

Who you are
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.

  • 3 - 8 years of relevant experience in financial management, risk management, change management and / or process improvement

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or related field
  • 3-8 years relevant experience in financial management, risk management, change management or process improvement
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience or interest in business analytics and using data to inform decisions
  • Operational risk management experience (business continuity planning, risk event reporting, monitoring)
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and adapt to change
