Job Purpose:To support the implementation and enhancement of the Group’s Third-Party Resilience programme, ensuring that critical third-party dependencies supporting the Bank’s Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Critical Business Services (CBS) are appropriately assessed, governed and monitored. The role will help strengthen Third Party BCM execution, improve dependency and concentration risk insights, and support readiness for emerging resilience risks including GenAI, cloud and evolving regulatory expectations.

- Programme Execution (30%): Support delivery of Third Party BCM requirements, governance, attestations, resilience assessments, assurance activities and regulatory commitments across OSPs and relevant NOAs.
- Capability Enhancement (30%): Improve dependency mapping, concentration risk assessment, resilience analytics, dashboards and process automation for Third Party BCM.
- Emerging Resilience Risks (40%): Support capability development for GenAI, cloud, digital ecosystems, systemic third-party dependencies and evolving third-party resilience expectations.
- Work with BUs, SUs, SDMs, Contract Owners, Third Party Managers, Procurement, Technology, Operational Risk and Information Security teams to embed Third Party Resilience requirements across the third-party lifecycle.
- Prepare management updates, governance materials and regulatory inputs relating to third-party resilience risks, issues and remediation actions.
- Support implementation of the Group’s Third Party BCM programme, including requirements for material OSPs and relevant NOAs.
- Coordinate annual attestations, assurance reviews, resilience assessments and follow-up actions across locations.
- Review Extended Disruption Plans, recovery strategies, remediation plans and third-party continuity evidence for completeness and consistency.
- Maintain visibility of critical third-party dependencies supporting Critical Business Services, including key suppliers, subcontractors, technologies, locations and recovery arrangements.
- Develop dashboards and management insights on third-party resilience, concentration risks, control gaps and remediation progress.
- Support process improvements and automation for attestation, dependency mapping, resilience assessments, reporting and exception tracking.
- Assess third-party resilience implications from GenAI, cloud service providers, digital ecosystems and shared industry infrastructure.
- Support regulatory horizon scanning and implementation planning for MAS and industry developments relating to BCM, operational resilience, technology and third-party risk.
- Min 7 years of experience in BCM, Operational Resilience, Third Party Risk Management, Outsourcing Governance, technology risk or operational risk
- Knowledge of third-party resilience activities, including attestations, resilience assessments, Extended Disruption Plans, recovery strategies and assurance reviews
- Working knowledge of MAS requirements relating to outsourcing, technology risk, business continuity, operational resilience and third-party risk
- Experience in dashboarding, data analytics or process automation
- Exposure to GenAI, cloud, digital ecosystems or emerging technology resilience topics would be advantageou
