Define vision, road map and strategy for the product management organization
Leading the team of Product owners, managers and BAs in effectively managing products and solving business problems
Lead, Mentor and guide the team in doing all of the following:
Supplies Data driven insights, utilize cross functional data to correlate trends and identify strategic actions
Handle stakeholder communication
Anchor various experiments with data, validate various models to define Customer centric strategy
Guide to develop enterprise wide re-usable frame works that will benefit other teams in different products.
Drive business capabilities with Vision to roll out as a White label product
Define & Monitor key KPIs for the managed product.
Define Product MVP items through various discussions with Business/IT Stake holders and adopt various modern techniques to ensure MVP provides optimum value and ROI
Experience in Product Delivery and Execution
Story Grooming and readiness for the managed product
