Key Responsibilities:
- Lead structured end‑to‑end discovery to diagnose root causes, quantify value leakage, and identify high‑impact transformation opportunities.
- Define clear problem statements, value hypotheses, and prioritised solution options across people, process, technology, risk, and policy – including trade‑offs, dependencies, and decision points.
- Design future‑state journeys and solution blueprints with clear scope, controls/risk considerations, and success measures.
- Identify and prioritise processimprovement and efficiency opportunities (PIE) through landscape discovery and best practices; shape execution‑ready proposals and hand over to delivery owners to drive operational outcomes.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment across Ops, Tech, Risk, and Business; produce decision‑ready materials (problem framing, options, recommendations) for senior forums and governance discussions.
What We’re Looking For:
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, business analysis or process redesign within financial services, consulting, or technology‑enabled operations.
- Proven experience leading discovery and shaping complex transformation or digital initiatives end‑to‑end.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong analytical, problem‑structuring, and stakeholder management skills; able to influence without authority.
- Ability to translate complexity into clear, concise recommendations, narratives and decision options.
- Working knowledge of banking operations, risk considerations and change impact.
- Exposure to GenAI, automation, digital transformation, or TOM design preferred.
