Job Title: AVP/ Senior Sales Manager, North China

Who You’ll Work With:
You will be in the Sales team, together with colleagues from Marketing, Business Development, Investment Research, Product, and other departments, responsible for retail business within the designated region, including developing and coordinating with partner channels (such as banks and securities firms), enhancing the visibility of the AllianceBernstein brand, assisting partner channels in conducting client marketing and service activities, improving client satisfaction and investment experience, and promoting the long-term and stable growth of Alliance Bernstein's business in the region..
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain strong, stable cooperative relationships with banks, securities firms, and other partner channels within the region.
- Assist partner channels in client marketing, service, and investor education to enhance the client investment experience.
- Support the distribution of key products in alignment with the company’s overall strategy to drive business growth.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand channel and client needs, providing insights and data to support product planning and sales strategy development.
- Deliver high-quality after-sales service to channels and clients, ensuring client satisfaction and sustaining long-term business development.
- Continuously strengthen the influence of the AB brand within local channels.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of five years of retail channel experience in the mutual fund or asset management industry, with the ability to establish and maintain long-term positive relationships with partner channels.
- Strong professional expertise and business acumen, with a proven track record of outstanding channel sales performance.
- High level of compliance awareness, familiarity with industry regulations and supervisory requirements, and a commitment to conducting business in a compliant manner.
- Strong self-motivation and business development skills, capable of working independently and adapting to frequent business travel.
