What you will be doing:
Collaborate with IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Implementation teams to gather and document business requirements for cash management and digital connectivity solutions (API, H2H, SWIFT FileAct, Virtual Accounts)
Develop user stories and functional specifications to support product enhancements and system builds
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business and client requirements
Work closely with regional teams, including Singapore Agile squads, to align on delivery and ensure successful implementation across Hong Kong and Macau
Manage and enhance transaction banking channels, focusing on API, H2H, SWIFT FileAct, and Virtual Account offerings
Analyse existing products and channels, driving continuous improvement based on client feedback and market developments
Ensure compliance with Hong Kong and Macau regulatory requirements in all product and channel initiatives
Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure clarity and alignment throughout project lifecycles
Conduct market research on digital banking, connectivity solutions, and industry trends
Provide subject matter expertise and training to internal stakeholders on system capabilities and product features
Support commercialization initiatives to drive adoption of digital channels and solutions
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or channel management within transaction banking
Hands-on experience with API, Host-to-Host (H2H), SWIFT FileAct, and Virtual Account solutions
Experience supporting multi-market environments (Hong Kong and Macau preferred)
Strong understanding of cash management products and digital banking channels
Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements in Hong Kong and Macau
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across business and technology teams
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
