Job Summary
This position contributes to the strategic initiatives and business planning efforts within CBG. The role will support the development, implementation, monitoring of strategic plans to achieve business objectives, and support sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in business planning, consolidation, execution, and monitoring of key business initiatives. Ensure that projects align with organizational strategies, deadlines, and budgets.
- Assist in budget and strategy planning processes by contributing relevant data and initial insights to support the financial and strategic direction of CBG.
- Manage the CBG's scorecard, ensuring KPIs reflect both short-term priorities and long-term strategic goals
- Provide senior management with high-quality decision support materials, including strategic presentations, initiative tracking dashboards, and business reviews
- Work closely with cross-functional and teams to ensure business objectives are clearly communicated and executed.
- Maintain clear and transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Contribute to ad hoc strategic initiatives as required, providing analytical support and project assistance.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in business planning, or a related role, preferably in the banking industry.
- Experience of handling cross-functional projects and collaborating with senior leadership is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency with business management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of business operations, process improvement, and performance tracking.
