We are seeking an Associate Vice President – Product Design to lead and scale the design function, driving end-to-end UX/UI strategy for a high-impact fintech product. This role will be responsible for shaping intuitive, data-driven user experiences across web and mobile platforms, ensuring clarity, usability, and visual excellence in complex financial workflows.
You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into structured, user-centric designs while maintaining consistency across platforms. As a design leader, you will also play a critical role in building and mentoring a high-performing team, establishing design standards, and embedding a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall UX/UI strategy across Android, iOS, and web platforms
- Design intuitive, structured, and data-driven interfaces that simplify complex financial information
- Build and scale a strong design team through mentorship, hiring, and capability development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design outcomes with business and product goals
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Drive user-centered design practices through research, usability testing, and continuous feedback
- Lead prototyping and validation of design concepts before development
- Ensure high standards of design quality, performance, and user experience across all touchpoints
- Stay updated on fintech trends, design innovations, and competitive landscapes
- Partner with marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding, high-quality visual communication, and impactful customer-facing assets
