Group Description:
AB Private Credit Investors is the $19.2+ billion direct lending platform of AllianceBernstein. We provide flexible financing solutions primarily to private equity–backed companies and directly to private equity funds managed by leading sponsors. We also make equity co-investments alongside our sponsorships.
Specific Responsibilities:
Ongoing monitoring of portfolio companies Updating and maintaining portfolio company financial reporting models Creation of quarterly valuation and portfolio management materials Ad-hoc projects including legal tracking, industry research and comps projects, KPI tracking, data validation, report generation, etc. Supporting credit team in portfolio company active deal work (amendments, upsizes, etc.)
