Main Duties

Marketing support

  • Assist team marketing managers in the development of engaging content for WeChat, LinkedIn Post after Big Rocks Events,  the primary communication platform utilized for engaging with GCHK clients.
  • Create client invitations, short-form videos, and other marketing collateral.
    Explore opportunities with 3rd parties on collaboration opportunities, market intelligences on updates activities for reference,
  • Speaker Engagement letter to respective external speakers before event execution
  • Proactively research and propose innovative content ideas for discussion with the GCHK teams.
  • Aid in drafting Cantonese or English speeches for various events and presentations.

Event Coordination

  • Curate pertinent questions and answers for panel discussions and other GCHK specific events.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure the effective dissemination of event content via WeChat / Intranet page
  • Facilitate the promotion of client events, ensuring that relevant information is communicated clearly and effectively to GCHK clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years’ related experience in marketing, communications support.
  • Prior experience in marketing, content creation, or event coordination is preferred.
  • Fluency in both Cantonese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with WeChat and digital marketing tools; experience with typesetting software is advantageous.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Demonstrates initiative and self-motivation in identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Is a good communicator, detail-oriented and strong teamwork capabilities

Skills Required
