The Opportunity
We are looking for a Management Consultant with 10+ years of experience to join our growing practice as a client-facing advisor and solution leader. You will shape and sell data and cloud transformation programs, lead executive conversations, and guide engagements from first pitch through successful delivery.

Data mart development: line-of-business and domain data marts for underwriting, claims, policy, finance and actuarial use cases.
Cloud modernization: re-platforming data estates on modern cloud data platforms
Data governance: data quality, lineage, cataloguing, ownership and regulatory readiness.
BI acceleration: faster, trusted self-service analytics and reporting for business users.
Agentic AI acceleration: identifying, designing and deploying AI-enabled use cases on a governed data foundation.
Client advisory and consulting
Act as trusted advisor to client stakeholders: understand business objectives, assess current-state data maturity, and define target-state strategy and roadmaps.
Facilitate executive workshops and discovery sessions; translate business needs into clear, actionable data and AI programs.
Build and deliver executive-level presentations, proposals and steering committee updates that are crisp, insight-led and decision-oriented.
Pre-sales and business development
Lead and support client pitches, orals and proposal responses, including solution storyline, approach, scope, estimates and pricing inputs.
Identify and grow opportunities within existing accounts and develop new relationships in the insurance market.
Partner with EXL sales, delivery and technology leaders to build repeatable offerings, accelerators and points of view.
Delivery oversight and engagement leadership
Provide solution and quality leadership across engagements, working with delivery leads and engineering teams to keep programs on scope, schedule and budget.
Proactively manage risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations; ensure governance and architectural alignment.
Convert successful delivery into client references and follow-on work.
Brand and practice building
Represent the EXL brand with professionalism and credibility in every client and industry interaction.
Contribute to thought leadership, internal capability building and mentoring of consultants and analysts.
