Support Department Head to execute and monitor Global Corporate strategic business planning, such as monitoring and projecting Bank’s profit and expense from marketing activities as well as initiating funding / lending strategy when needed. Also, support relevant departments in the development of managing collaboration projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support in developing and updating policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations. 
• Support to develop initiatives to drive process improvement / efficiency.
• Support to develop banking products and services.
• Develop business promotion strategy to maintain the Bank’s existing corporate customers and achieve new ones in line with corporate strategy.
• Develop marketing plan and loan/deposit campaign in accordance with Bank's financial target.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders.
• Develop plan of branch-wide events such as including but not limited to seminars and marketing activities strategy.
• Manage collaboration/ strategic alliance with other parties (internal/external) to support the business plan and portfolios – growth include providing updates in business – opportunity from articles, markets, etc.
• Support and guide less experience team members on products or complex collaboration projects issues.
