· Support Risk Register Management: Assist in managing the risk register for the India entity, contributing to risk identification, assessment, measurement, and action tracking.
· Integrate Risk Monitoring: Participate in monitoring risks associated with current and future business developments and challenges within India, highlighting potential impacts on group entities.
· Operational Risk Process Delivery: Collaborate in the execution of operational risk processes like 1LOD Risk and Control Self-Assessment, Notifiable Events, and Risk Acceptance.
· Assist in Control Design & Implementation: Support the design and evaluation of controls relating to risk management, focusing on risk mitigation and acceptance.
· Coordinate Controls Remediation Projects: Provide assistance in coordinating remediation projects to ensure effective and timely delivery.
· Governance Participation: Actively participate in governance structures to track and report on first line defence risk metrics.
Engage with First-line Functions: Work with functions to address local risk issues and contribute towards a risk-aware culture.
